Desktop in the browser
Screen, mouse, keyboard and clipboard — no plugins and no app. Works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on a tablet too.
BlueWato gives you desktop and console access to Raspberry Pi, Windows and macOS without installing anything on the user side. The connection runs directly between your browser and the device — fast, secure, and usable even on a poor link.
No credit card. 3 devices on the free plan, forever.
Features
Designed for people who look after devices in the field: kiosks, information displays, home servers, customer computers, machines on the shop floor.
Screen, mouse, keyboard and clipboard — no plugins and no app. Works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on a tablet too.
A full terminal (xterm) on Linux and macOS, and PowerShell on Windows. Perfect when the device has no screen or you simply do not need the desktop.
Only the changed parts of the screen are transmitted, and image quality adapts to the available bandwidth. Smoothness comes first, resolution second.
Once the session is established, data flows peer-to-peer (WebRTC). The BlueWato server is only used to set up the connection; a fallback relay kicks in solely when the network does not allow P2P.
The agent is a single executable with no dependencies. Install it with one command: paste, confirm, done. It runs as a system service and updates itself.
An idle device goes into standby and uses almost no bandwidth. One click in the panel wakes it up within seconds.
Categories, custom names, card or list view, online/offline status, agent version and system information — all in a single panel.
The panel and the website speak your language. It is picked automatically from your browser settings and can be changed with a single click.
Platforms
One agent, seven binary builds. Pick the operating system in the panel, and the instructions and install command are ready to copy.
ARM64, ARMv7 and x86-64. Desktop with X11 (including full-screen kiosks) or console only on headless devices. Runs as a systemd service.
Windows 10 and 11, Intel/AMD and ARM. One-command installation in PowerShell, runs as a Windows service regardless of who is logged in.
Apple Silicon and Intel. The agent is registered as a launchd service; it needs Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions, which the system will request on the first connection.
On the other end, all you need is a browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer, tablet or phone.
How it works
Enter your e-mail and password. Every sign-in is confirmed with a code sent by e-mail; trusted browsers are remembered for 30 days.
Add a device in the panel and copy the ready-made install command containing a one-time pairing code. Paste it on the device — the agent downloads itself, pairs and starts as a service.
Click the device card. Within seconds you will see the desktop or the console — right in a browser tab, with no client at all.
Security
BlueWato was created by a cybersecurity company. A remote session is a tunnel between your browser and your device — we only help to set it up.
WebRTC encrypts the screen, keyboard and console with DTLS-SRTP. The keys are negotiated between the browser and the agent; the server does not know them — even when traffic passes through a TURN relay.
Password (Argon2id) plus a one-time code sent by e-mail. Rate limits, temporary lockout after failed attempts, trusted browsers with an expiry date.
Every connection is authorized by an HMAC-signed ticket valid for two minutes. The agent authenticates with its own token, which you can revoke with a single click.
We do not record the screen or the console contents. We store only what the account needs to work: your e-mail, the list of devices and a security event log.
A device connects only to the account it was paired with. Unpairing takes a second, and pairing requires physical access to the device.
The signaling and relay servers are located in the European Union. We process data in accordance with the GDPR; the privacy policy describes exactly what we keep and for how long.
Use cases
Screens on buses, in shops, public offices and stations. Check what the device is showing, fix the configuration and get back to work — without a trip into the field.
Home server, weather station, 3D printer. A terminal always at hand, even behind your ISP's CGNAT, with no port forwarding and no VPNs.
Customer computers, workstations in branch offices, production machines. One panel, categories, many devices and access from anywhere.
Your parents' or grandparents' computer: install the agent once, then help from your phone or laptop whenever they call.
Pricing
Start for free and upgrade as you grow. You pay for the number of devices, never for the number of sessions or browser users.

Producer
BlueWato (technical project name: myRemDe) is a product of Nadmorskie Centrum Internetowe (NCI) from Puck, Poland — a team that has been working in cybersecurity, software development and IT infrastructure management since 2000. We first built remote access for our own devices in the field; BlueWato is the result.
