Launch period: until payments go live, all plans — including Business — are available free of charge. Accounts created now will keep the free plan with no time limit, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before enabling payments.

Questions about plans
What happens after 30 minutes on the Free plan?
The session is ended, but you can reconnect immediately. The limit applies to a single desktop or console session, not to your total time per month.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
What if I have more devices than my plan allows?
The extra devices stay on your list, but you cannot connect to them until you reduce their number or change your plan. Nothing is deleted.
How will payments work?
Card payments will be handled by Stripe — your card details never reach our servers. You can cancel your subscription in the panel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
Are there discounts for schools and non-profits?
Yes — get in touch. Educational projects and public-benefit organizations get the Pro plan for the price of Home.
